Join us Ranjith and Prerna to be a part of a few hours of complete self care. This workshop is designed to relieve pain and strengthen your spine through yet, meditative vinyasa practice. We will guide you through a mind, body and soul connected meditation practice to tap your inner silence through your breath and to create a space for receiving and sharing love.
