Happy Healthy Series by Yoga Therapists Ranjith and I Prerna, are conducting a Yoga and Meditation workshop on ‘Yoga For PCOS/PCOD’ this November 17th.
The workshop is designed with Yoga Vinyasa movements and Pranayama practices to focus on hip mobility, spine strengthening and neck-shoulder pain relief followed by a complete Yin Yoga restoration and deep guided meditation around self-care and love.
It’s a 3 hour workshop on a Saturday which includes a refreshing Sattvic snack and a discussion with an Ayurvedic Doctor on PCOD management.
