My son Avyan really loves the yoga class. He comes all excited and narrates the day’s story. I think you are a great teacher and just know how to engage them. I am glad I started him on yoga. He’s been more flexible and ofcourse practices with me. I would love for him to meditate more and channelise his energy into something more productive. I hope yoga makes him a calmer child.
Hi Prerna, your classes have introduced the concept of yoga in a fun and friendly manner to Sreya. She loved the imagination you bring in to poses and the storylines you build. It was a joy to watch her teach the poses to me and the pride on her face when she knew that she was way ahead of me! The only improvement suggestion I have is regarding expanding the studio. Space constraint is something I've felt given the increasing number of yoga bunnies. We will miss these classes, but I hope to continue with yoga, now that you have kindled a genuine interest in my little one. Thank you!
To learn Yoga so that he can learn breathing exercises as well as improve flexibility in the long run. To improve his patience. He has conveyed that walking mountain and fox pose are his favourite also was excited to share about him being able to do tree pose for a while. Favourite stories being Joybob the polar bear, Pedro penguin n Santa stories. It's too early to comment on changes but one thing on flexibility front he has improved. I would love to increase the frequency for my child as I strongly believe yoga would be helpful for the overall well being and development. Prerna has been so patient and good in handling the kids and drawing their attention to the class so that they stick to it. I am glad I found her.
My expectation was to instill in her and interest for yoga. She enjoys the story in the class. She is very relaxed and peaceful after class. I think yoga is very important for them to be aware of their body and in the city life it's a calming therapy. We are very happy with the teacher and love to see her take a class with them.
Nakul is 8 years old and quite restless by nature. Choosing yoga for Nakul was to calm him down a bit and improve his focus and attention. Nakul. Enjoys his yoga classes specially the way it is conducted he comes home and tells about all the animal posture he did. He even says he needs to improve a lot in breathing exercises. I can say it’s too early to see any changes in him but very confident that it will in few more months. Yoga for children is what I always wanted. Prerna as a yoga teacher your doing wonderful job and very happy to have you as Nakul’s yoga teacher. He likes you and very comfortable with you. Thank you .
Siddharth loves going to Prerna's yoga classes because she makes it fun for children. She delivers the class through stories with animals and that makes it interesting for them. It's a good way to introduce yoga to children.
Because I was already your student and ever since I had seen you conducting yoga camps at Pitter Patter, I was really eager for my daughter to be under your tutelage. My daughter attends her yoga classes with immense enthusiasm and also rolls her mat out at home sometimes to practice her two favorite postures.... mountain pose, and lion pose. She's also able to recognize a lot of yoga positions and has become fond of the practice, and that shows just how much the little ones are imbibing at this tender age. Please keep up the good work and I hope more children can benefit from your gift and skill. Thank you.
Ajooni loves it and does imitate several poses and breathing exercises at home and in the mornings..anything fresh reminds her of filling your lungs and that's amazing.our expectations are exceeded as we wanted her to have a joyous introduction to yoga ..prerna u are super.
